This Privacy Policy describes how Locas Technology Limited ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Quest2Query mobile application (the "App") for food ordering and delivery. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to provide you with a seamless food ordering and delivery experience.

• Account Information Your full name, phone number, and email address, collected when you register an account.
• Location Data Precise or approximate location data to identify nearby restaurants and assist delivery partners in completing your order.
• Order & Transaction Data Details of food items ordered, delivery addresses, order history, and payment records (They are no in app payment options, all payment are processed by our third-party payment provider and are not stored on our servers).
• Usage & Device Data App usage patterns, crash logs, device model, operating system version, and App version, collected to improve performance and fix issues.

• Order FulfillmentSharing your order details, name, and delivery address with restaurants and delivery partners to prepare and deliver your order.
• Real-Time Delivery TrackingProviding live updates on your delivery status and estimated arrival times.
• Customer SupportContacting you regarding order issues, refunds, or account-related inquiries.
• Service ImprovementAnalysing aggregated, anonymised data to improve App features, performance, and the overall user experience.

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

How to request data deletion:

1. Open the App, go to Settings or Profile, and select "Delete Account".
2. Alternatively, email us at locastechnology@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered name and phone number so we can verify your identity.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only as necessary to deliver our services:

• Merchant Partners (Restaurants)Order details required to prepare your food.
• Delivery Partners (Drivers)Your name, phone number, and delivery address to complete delivery.

We do not share your personal data with advertisers or any other third parties beyond those listed above.

Quest2Query requests the following device permissions. Each permission is necessary for a core function of the App:

• Location (Precise & Approximate)To show nearby restaurants and assist delivery partners in navigating to your address.
• Notifications (Push)To send order confirmations, real-time delivery status updates, and support messages.
• Phone / SMSTo enable direct communication between you and delivery personnel.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access to personal data by our staff.

While we strive to use best practices to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Quest2Query is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. For significant changes, we may notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
